Refund policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it, if your item is eligible, for store credit within 14 days of receipt of the item, unless otherwise noted. Return eligibility is based on inspection of the item, which must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, deodorant and stain free, having no strong scent, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase.
Refunds are issued, minus a 20% restocking fee, as store credit, and will not be credited until returned merchandise has been received and inspected for eligibility. Shipping charges are non refundable.
To start a return, contact customerservice@tcredlands.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. To receive a refund item must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery to customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable or exchangeable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), intimates (such as bodysuits, underwear and bras), jewelry, accessories, purses, personal care goods (such as lotions, hair and beauty products), items labeled Final Sale on the tag or invoice, discounted items, clearance items, seasonal items, etc.. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for another size or color, you can do so with with your credit once the return has been processed. We are unable to guarantee the availability of any item.
